When it comes to lighting up behind your rig there hasn't been a better designed light than the SLL Rooster Tail Lites. This light is far superior than your pod flush mounts because, it has a much wider flood beam, you don't have to cut a hole in your boat, can mount in a much smaller area, and comes in a variety of colors. Also don't be fooled that these lights work best under the water, that is just how other companies have to cool their lights so they don't overheat. The SLL Rooster Tail Lites don't require submersion, they perform best mounted 1-2 inch down from the top of your transom. All pictures are from customers that mounted high on transom.
